Refund Policy

Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your first payment is processed. Your subscription will continue for a year unless you cancel it.
 

We may change the rate of your plan at each annual renewal period. If there is a change in rates, we will inform you and provide an option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other accrued taxes or fees) changes during the annual period, the tax-inclusive price of your plan will be adjusted accordingly at the midpoint of your next billing date.

 

Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel after 14 days from placing the order, 75% of the amount that you are obligated to pay under your contract will be charged as a lump sum, and you may continue to use the service until the end of that month.
